We're looking for submissions in the following categories. ALL submissions must be made through Film Freeway.
Made in Hawaii Native Hawaiian Feature or Short
A film fitting in any of the categories listed below that follows a native Hawaiian protagonist, explores native Hawaiian culture OR has a native Hawaiian filmmaker in a key creative position (writer, director, producer).
Made in Hawaii Narrative Feature
A narrative feature film with at least 50 percent of principal photography shot on the Hawaiian islands. Length: 60+ minutes

Made in Hawaii Narrative Short
A narrative short film with at least 50 percent of principal photography shot on the Hawaiian islands. Length: Less than 60 minutes.

Made in Hawaii Documentary
A short or feature documentary with at least 50 percent of principal photography shot on the Hawaiian islands. Length: any.

Made in Hawaii Music Video
A music video with at least 50 percent of principal photography shot on the Hawaiian islands. Length: any.

Made in Hawaii Series
A narrative TV or web series pilot or stand-alone episode with at least 50 percent of principal photography shot on the Hawaiian islands. Length: under 60 minutes.
