When booking tickets, ticketing software will automatically block off the seats in front of, behind and to the sides of your party to allow for safe social distancing.

Masks are required for entry into the Hilo Palace Theater and must be worn at all times while within the theater.

Hand sanitizing and contactless temperature checks are done upon arrival.

Festival attendees must follow proper social distance protocols.

Concessions will remain closed.

Festival attendees will be asked to immediately enter the auditorium and find their seats upon arrival.

There will be no step-and-repeat or photo opportunity set-up to reduce the urge to mingle in the lobby.

Bathrooms, lobby and shared spaces will be sanitized between screening blocks.
